About Meghan
For more than a decade, Meghan has provided public policy research and support to state-level policymakers across the country. Six years with the National Conference of State Legislatures, three and a half years with Education Commission of the States and two years with the Forum for Youth Investment, Meghan has worked on myriads of issues, including K-12 policy, student health and wellness, human services, two-generation approaches, child support and family law and youth development.
Through this work, Meghan has gained the skills and credentials to facilitate discussions among a diverse group of stakeholders. From leading state teams through action planning, moderating panels and planning convening agendas, to supporting a Children’s Cabinet through a strategic planning and implementation process.
This work has become a purpose-driven career for Meghan. One she plans to continue with M². Collaborative Consulting.
Meghan earned her B.A. from Colorado State University and a J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law. She is a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado, where she lives with her puppy, and M² Collaborative Consulting mascot, Pivo.
