Hi, I’m Meghan McCann
I believe that youth- and family-serving systems have a tremendous impact on and are greatly influenced by one another.
M² encourages and supports collaboration within and among mission-driven organizations and government entities to ensure better outcomes for children, youth and families.
Mission-Driven Capacity Building and Strategic Planning.
I facilitate and host sessions that bring together diverse groups of stakeholders to collaboratively identify shared values, vision, mission, and strategic goals. Additionally, I moderate meetings and webinars and serve as a master of ceremonies for both virtual and in-person events.
Facilitation & Hosting
I develop a variety of resources to support organizational goals, including annual reports, informational one-pagers, and policy research and analysis. These materials help communicate impact, inform decision-making, and advance strategic initiatives.
Resource Development
I support the planning and facilitation of staff retreats and strategic planning sessions for small, mission-driven organizations. This includes working with groups such as children’s cabinets, task forces, working groups, and nonprofit organizations to align goals and strengthen collaboration.
